Before joining the technical writing program of IDF she was working as a Technical support engineer with Wipro. After completion of the course, she joined mCarbon as a technical writer.

Neha is working as a Technical writer in Delhi with ITC Infotech. She completed her technical writing training in 2012 from Information Developers Foundation and was placed as a technical writer without any prior experience.
